Public Adjusting
Your Property. Your Claim. Your Advocate.
Vectrum Risk Services represents policyholders in residential and commercial property insurance claims throughout Michigan. We work for you — not the insurance company.
The Insurance Company Has an Adjuster. Now You Do Too.
When you file a property insurance claim, the carrier sends their own adjuster to assess the damage. That adjuster works for the insurance company. A public adjuster works exclusively for you — the policyholder — to document your loss, prepare your claim, and negotiate on your behalf to help ensure you receive the full settlement you're entitled to under your policy.

What a Vectrum Public Adjuster Does
Policy Review
We review your insurance policy to understand your coverage, exclusions, and entitlements before the claim process begins.
Damage Documentation
Thorough field inspection and professional documentation of all covered damage — including items the carrier's adjuster may have missed or undervalued.
Claim Preparation
We prepare a complete, professionally documented claim package on your behalf, including scope of loss, supporting documentation, and written findings.
Carrier Negotiation
We communicate and negotiate directly with the insurance carrier on your behalf throughout the claims process.
Underpaid Claim Review
If you've already received a settlement you believe is inadequate, we can review your claim and, where appropriate, reopen or supplement it.
Denied Claim Assistance
We assist policyholders who have received a denial and believe their claim has merit under their policy.
