What Vectrum Provides
Ladder Assist & Roof Inspections
Professional roof access, inspection, photographic documentation, measurements, and reporting for insurance-related assignments. Vectrum can work alongside adjusters and other insurance professionals who need qualified field personnel to safely access and document roofing systems.
Exterior Property Inspections
Professional documentation of exterior property conditions and visible damage, including roofing, siding, gutters, downspouts, elevations, windows, exterior components, and other relevant areas.
Interior Property Inspections
Interior inspection and photographic documentation of visible property damage. This may include damage associated with water intrusion, storms, fire, and other property losses.
Reinspections
Follow-up inspections when additional or updated field documentation is required. Vectrum provides independent reinspection services for disputed claims, supplemental documentation needs, or situations requiring updated findings.
Emergency Tarping
Emergency roof tarping and temporary weather protection following storms or property damage. Intended to help protect the property from additional weather-related damage until permanent repairs can be completed. Includes photographic documentation of property conditions and the completed temporary protection.
Drone-Supported Documentation
Drone technology may be used as an additional inspection tool when direct roof access is unsafe, impractical, or when aerial documentation would improve the inspection — such as steep or inaccessible roofs, tall structures, or difficult-to-access roof sections. Drone documentation complements Vectrum's inspection capabilities rather than serving as a standalone service.

Typical inspections range from $250–$400 depending on roof size, height, complexity, number of structures, location, access requirements, and reporting requirements.
Standard Inspection
Roof and ladder assist inspections starting at $250. Most residential inspections fall within the $250–$400 range.
Complex / Large Properties
Larger homes, multi-story structures, complex roof systems, multiple structures, or extended documentation requirements.
Commercial & Emergency
Commercial properties and emergency services are quoted individually based on property type, access, scope, and assignment requirements.
